Dollar Film
With Konica-Minolta leaving the camera business, stocks of their print film are currently being closed out at the Dollar Tree stores.
At my local store (Maple Village shopping center), I found them at the back along with the picture frames. 2007 and 2008 expiration dates. Can't vouch for the quality of the film personally; but at a buck a pop it seemed useful to stockpile a few rolls in the fridge just for camera testing, experiments, etc.
EDIT: After shooting a few rolls, I think this film looks pretty good! Not as saturated as some, but very nice with skin tones.

On a break from taking pictures of my feet with a cheap camera, I took a few of other people, with an even cheaper camera.

I took this picture in a poor village cafe'. That village is almost near Afghan's border.
tea and a few simple items were the only few serves in that poor cafe'.
Usually in such a cafe', the villager customers come to spend their time and talk eachother, not really for drink or eat !

I thought this would go nicely with the chairs, tablecloth and the "three little birds" canvas (that you can't see on this picture though). The frame is just a cheap one, with really goes well with the paper print.
