Is to join in ball games without being invited...
In fact she seems to have learnt the dog for "drop". She goes up to a dog carrying a ball and it drops it at her feet. She then picks it up and runs off!
The other dog, D-fer, in this picture is a female mongrel of very mixed parentage - she's a lovely 7 month old puppy and didn't really know how to respond when Teasel stole her ball... so she decided to get to know Teasel better...
Teasel did give the ball back so maybe she was only borrowing it.
